I went to trapped Vaughan this Wednesday and my experience was quite exceptional. A couple of buddies and I did the "Lost and found" room, and as a self-proclaimed escape room connoisseur and D&D Dungeon Master, I can say that I know a thing or two about tricks, games, and how to have a good time. We had a blast and a half. Madison, the Game Master herself at the front desk, is just lovely. She is so great at what she does and is so kind. Employee of the month in my book! Hahaha.
My group and I did Hotel Dystopia. The puzzle layout was intricate and beautiful. There were many fun interactive props. Most of the clues were creative yet straightforward. There was one clue near the end that was a bit of a stretch but other than that it was super cool. It was very immersive and the staff were so nice. My group might have squealed in delight an alarming amount of times as we advanced through the puzzle. I appreciated the thorough explanations the staff gave us at the end for the clues we missed. I felt the difficulty level was appropriate and totally doable for 4 people. The music made the atmosphere suspenseful and I loved the audio recordings. I recommend Hotel Dystopia for anyone but especially those who love history and 1900s mystery vibes.
Not only the best Trapped location, it’s one of the best escape room places! So much interactive tech, and the puzzles are so smart and genuinely intuitive. The whole experience was great from the moment we walked in when we met Myha and Dani. They were immediately warm, welcoming, and cheered us on the whole way. Their energy made us want to do a second room… so we did! Lost & Found and Hotel Dystopia were two drastically different but equally entertaining rooms. I really can’t wait to go back! Thank you to Myha and Dani for elevating our evening!
Always such a fun and unforgettable experience at Trapped! Madison and Tiffani consistently go above and beyond to provide a friendly and helpful environment and their enthusiasm makes the experience that much better. The rooms are exciting and immersive and you’re guaranteed to have a good time. Highly recommend!
Had such a blast at Trapped! Great for groups of friends for a little night out, requires you to problem solve and exercise your brain. Two of the staff, that are always there (Madison and Tiffani) always ensure a smooth and enjoyable time. Madison is great, she’s a fun vibe to have, very warm and welcoming, also very friendly! Can’t wait to be back! Keep up the great work!
We did the 7734 hound lane room. It was so scary. My friends and I had an amazing time solving the various rooms and puzzles. It was well decorated, sounds, darkness, and creativity. Only thing I would recommend is to advise the customers of the pitch black rooms and tight enclosures.. The staff were helpful, amazing, friendly and great photographers.
My wife and I visited with our two kids (7 and 12) on Jan2-26. Though we didn't make the escape, we really enjoyed ourselves with the challenging yet fun scenario. What I wanted to call out was the female oriental employee who was helping us. She was very professional, thorough, patient and accommodating to the many questions from my 7yr old son. My son has some anxieties with scary noises and so the employee did a fantastic job explaining and re-assuring my son that we were about to have an enjoyable time. The final walk through (when we failed the escape) was well done by this employee and once again, so patient with all the questions from my children. Big shout out to this employee, a credit to the Trapped team and fundamental to our great experience. Thank you!
The escape room was a fun and exciting experience. We tried lost and found and it tested our teamwork and problem-solving skills. The room was well designed, with creative puzzles. The theme was immersive and the staff was really helpful. Maya made this experience more fun.
