Immersive Escape Room in Oshawa

I went to Trapped Oshawa with some friends and it was honestly such a good experience. The escape room itself was really fun and the puzzles were actually challenging in a good way. It kept us thinking and working together the whole time, which is what makes it even more exciting. Also, shoutout to Brandon who works there he’s super chill and makes the whole experience even better. He explained everything to us clearly and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you have a good time.

Had a great time here!! We had a mix of people who had done escape rooms and who never had, and successfully beat the Carnival. Loved the multi-room progression and Brendan was super helpful, great experience all around! Will definitely be going back to try the other rooms

We did the Carnival escape room for my friend’s 65th birthday. Only 2 of the 4 of us had done an escape room before. Let’s just say, we would have never escaped lol. We had clues and had lots of fun and most of all, lots of laughs. Very well done escape room and very thought provoking in so many ways! The staff were awesome and so helpful !!! We will be back ! One more bonus about Trapped - if it is your birthday (+ /- 2 days from birthday) you get to play for free so my friend celebrating her birthday played for free !!

Escape room felt like the perfect place to go to celebrate two birthday boys (got in free). We were a grp of 6 and did the hotel dystopia theme, the puzzles got more challenging as we kept unlocking each room. Although we had some hiccups with the puzzle items, it was thrilling, exciting, and more importantly had a good time. Defently would try other themes. Thanks to Billen (spelling may be incorrect) he was so kind and super helpful with everything.

We went to do an escape room with only two of us on the hardest room. Brendan was so kind and always available to help when we needed assistance within the room. He also allowed an extra couple of minutes due to no reservations after us and us being almost done the room. The hard room was very fun even with two people, would definitely recommend coming with your friend group!!

Second time atTrapped Escape Room in Oshawa, and I want to recognize two staff members who made our experience great — Brianna and Meg. They were polite, helpful, and very professional throughout our visit. Their positive attitude and the way they treated our group made the experience fun and welcoming. Honestly, they are the main reason we will be coming back again with our group. They really show what community, respect, and good customer service should look like. I also strongly encourage management to recognize Brianna and Meg for their professionalism — they truly deserve appreciation for the way they represent the business. I would like to kindly suggest that management consider fixing some of the equipment in the rooms, as a few areas could use some improvement for a better overall experience.It might also be fun if the venue offered small extras like desserts (cupcakes or mini cakes) or small prizes for groups who win. Little touches like that could make the experience even more memorable. My husband told me to not post this but a few weeks ago we visited and had a very different experience with another team on a Saturday. The young man believe he is south asian, suggested we leave a good review about him in exchange for a free drink, which felt inappropriate. This Sunday team was a complete contrast — professional, respectful, and focused on giving guests a great experience. Because of Meg and Brianna, we’ll definitely be coming back for more positive fun with our group!

Bilin is a great employee here and i was very satisfied with the room we chose, that being the carnival. Great puzzles that stumped us and me and my team was able to do it in 58 minutes. Do recommend coming here for its great price and good times.

Great experience! Well priced, lots of detail, and the staff, especially Bilin, were very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a fun thing to do, this for sure the place. Lots of fun for not that big of a pricetag!

Ok a birthday bash held at Trapped tonight and it was GREAT! Really appreciate the support from Brendan as we had a few fist-timers. Great service - will go again! Free admission for the birthday girl was an awesome bonus!

My boyfriend took to this place on a date and I loveeeeee it! I want to send a shout out to Brianna, she went above and beyond to make our experience fun and exciting. She was very kind and extremely helpful. Trapped, you all are lucky to have her, she’s the reason I’ll be coming back with my girls. She’s funny and kind, just a good vibe.
