Amazing experience at Trapped Scarborough! Neel explained everything very clearly and patiently, which made the whole game even more enjoyable. He was super friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a fun and exciting escape room experience!

We had an amazing time at the Escape Room and RC Soccer game! The escape room was well-designed with clever puzzles that kept everyone engaged and working together. It was challenging but not frustrating, and the staff explained everything clearly. The RC Soccer game was a lot of fun and something unique—we laughed the whole time. It’s perfect for groups, team outings, or family fun. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and well-organized activities. Highly recommended!

The sales team from Scarboro Kia went last night (Jan 17), and had a fantastic time. Well organized, fun and challenging. It was the first time at an escape room for all 6 of us, and we'd definitely do it again.

Both the ET Museum and The 13th Exit rooms were really well done. Had some new puzzles we hadn’t seen before and all of the tech actually worked! The staff was great too! Would return!

We just had the BEST time at Trapped Scarborough! My kiddos chose the Extraterrestrial Museum escape room and they had an absolute blast—it was such a fun mix of puzzles, adventure, and just the right level of challenge for them. The staff were honestly some of the friendliest people I’ve met, so welcoming and patient, making the whole experience even better. They even went above and beyond with discounts—offering 25% off a 90-minute game and helping us each snag the extra 10% off social media discount. I really appreciated how they made it easy and affordable for families to come and enjoy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly escape room experience that leaves everyone smiling!

Great setup. Spacious. Friendly staff. New Board games unlike other places that have old used editions. We did Jack The Ripper. The room was great, multiple rooms connected unlike other escape rooms where its just 2 rooms connected. Entrance located next to Swiss Chalet Take Out
